Product Description
Fatrafol FF801 is a high performance, polyester-mesh reinforced PVC-P roof waterproofing membrane, designed for use as a mechanically fixed waterproofing covering. Fatrafol FF810 is accredited with the environmental standard ISO 14001 and manufactured to DIN 16726 & DIN 16734
The Fatrafol FF810 Roofing Covering System consists of the FF810 roofing membrane, with hot-air welded lap joints, mechanically fixed using Structure fixing discs.
The PVC-P membrane comprises upper, middle and lower layers manufactured by a calendar-mould precess. The layers are thermoplastic ally fused together, sandwiching the polyester mesh between them.
Fatrafol FF810 is certified to:
- BBA accreditation in excess of 30 years
- ISO 14001 Environmental management accredited. Registration No. 280241
- ISO 9001 Quality Management accredited. Registration No. 200701
- DIN 16734 Man-made fibre reinforced plasticised polyvinyl chloride )PVC-P) roofing incompatible with bitumen.
- Din 16726 Plastic roofing and waterproofing sheets; testing
- C&Mac249; SN 64 6223 Plasticised polyvinylchloride (PVC-P) filed for construction of barriers to liquid.
Standard Characteristics
There are 2 standard roll sizes available;
Membrane working temperatures: -30°C to +80°C
FF810 membrane is resistant to sparks and radiant heat of up to 80°C

Fatrafol FF810 is available is the following colours
- Dark Grey
- Lights Grey
- Green
Other RAL colours available on request
Packing, Transpor & storage
Fatrafol FF810 is delivered to site in polyethylene-wrapped rolls, each clearly labelled with product and manufacturer details. Fatrafol FF810 must be kept covered during transportation and stored in its original sealed packaging. The recommended storage temperature is from – 5°C to +30°C. The rolls should be stored horizontally on a clean, dry & level surface and kept under cover until required.

Health & Safety
Fatrafol FF810 does not constitute a hazard under the COSHH Regulations under normal conditions of use.
Waste Disposal
Fatrafol FF810 can be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. The clean waste material can be recycled. Any contaminated waste must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
